<ESC> "K" n <0> m1 , m2 ...
1B 4B n 00 m1 m2 ...
1. Prints bit images using 3 dots horizontally and 3 dots
vertically for each 1- dot of input data.
2. Bit images are 24 dots vertically and n x 3 dots
horizontally.
3. Data exceeding 192 and data that will exceed the
right margin are ignored.
