INSPIUSPECT
FOR WATER LEAKS
(a )

Tighten the drain plug .

Plug the inlet and outlet pipes of the radiator with
SST .

Using a radiator tester , apply pressure to the radiator .
Test

Inspect for water leaks.

On radiators with resin t anks, there is a clearance

leak

performing
the water leak test ,
first
swish the
rad iatllldiator
around in the water until all air bubbles disappear .
