From the Main screen, touch the Move Tapes box to access the Move Tapes screen.

Figure 20 shows the series of screens involved in loading a tape in a drive.
Insert a tape cartridge into the door slot. The door button is automatically

highlighted, indicating there is a tape in the door.
Note:
On horizontal libraries, the write protect tab on the tape cartridge is
down and faces out when the tape is in the door. On vertical libraries,
the write protect tab is on the right and faces out.
Touch the drive location number for the destination of the tape; begin with

Drive 1 (DRV 1). When you touch the drive button, it will become highlighted,
and the library moves the tape into Drive 1. Figure 20 illustrates the button
changes as you progress through moving a tape from the door to Drive 1.
When the load operation is complete, the drive button turns dark with white

letters, and the door button turns white with dark letters.
