Antenna Power:
Once all settings are made, move the highlight to Auto Search and press OK to start scanning.
The receiver will now search for all available channels. Once scanning is finished, the receiver switches
to viewing mode.

4.2 DVB-S2 installation

To access the satellite channel search press MENU and use t u to select Channel Search. Then use
pq to select Satellite Channel Search and press OK. To access this menu it is necessary to insert the
PIN code set during the first installation.
4.2.1 Satellite Selection
Use pq to highlight the satellite your dish is aimed at. When using a multi feed antenna with more
than 1 LNB, select the satellites your antenna is adjusted for by pressing OK and set the appropriate
LNBs in the right-hand screen by pressing u at the DiSEqC 1.0 or, if applicable, DiSEqC 1.1 option. The
scan process will then search on all selected satellites. If using motorized antennas or SatCR, please
refer to chapter 7.3.1.
4.2.2 Signal Adjust
The signal Quality bar on the bottom of the screen allows you to fine tune the alignment of your
antenna for optimum reception. Adjust your antenna for maximum possible signal quality. When the
signal cannot be improved anymore, fix the dish on this position and press the BLUE button for Scan
options and scan.
4.2.3 Scan Mode
Use pq to highlight the options of choice and press BLUE to start the scan. It is recommended to
use the default settings.

Set to On if you use an active antenna. When set to On, a 5 Volt power will
be present on the RF IN connector of the receiver. Select Off for passive
antennas.
Selecting the wrong country may result in a disorderly channel list, and
missing of channels.

In case the Installation Guide menu does not appear after switching on the
receiver the first time, reset the receiver to factory settings by pressing the
MENU button and selecting Restore Factory Default in submenu System.
