Pairing your mobile phone
The pairing between the Bluetooth
can be established as follows:
1. Switch on your mobile phone.
2. Switch on the ignition.
3. Perform the following steps on your mobile phone:
a. Enter the Bluetooth
b. Activate the Bluetooth
c. Press the
system discoverable.
d. Search for Bluetooth
e. Select the device labelled 'Vehicle BT VXX' (VXX is the Bluetooth
firmware version number).
f. Enter the following PIN: 1234. This establishes the connection between your
mobile phone and the Bluetooth
g. Set the mobile phone to accept Bluetooth
without your permission.
If it is not possible to establish a connection, refer to Troubleshooting further on in
this section.
Note If using a BlackBerry

Pairing multiple mobile phones
The Bluetooth ® car kit can be paired with up to six mobile phones, but can only be
connected to one mobile phone at a time.
When the ignition is switched on, the Bluetooth
paired mobile phone(s) for 90 seconds. If a recently paired phone cannot be found, the
system becomes discoverable to new phones.
Connecting your mobile phone (after initial pairing)
To connect your mobile phone to the Bluetooth
1. Move your mobile phone to within 10 metres of the Bluetooth

2. Ensure that your mobile phone is switched on and the Bluetooth
