LOCKS
Immobiliser
This vehicle is fitted with an immobiliser. It prevents unauthorised engine starting.
The ignition key will be recognised by the vehicle when the key is inserted into the
ignition switch allowing the engine to be started.
When difficulties in starting the vehicle are experienced, check the following
points. If the vehicle still fails to start, contact your Holden Dealer.

The vehicle will only start with the foldaway key blade
•
Avoid having large bundles of keys attached to the ignition key.
•
Avoid having keys from other vehicles attached to the ignition key.
•
Do not attempt to start the vehicle with a non-approved key.
Note
•
Do not disassemble key.
•
Replacement keys can only be programmed by your Holden Dealer.
•
If the vehicle's key is lost, inform your Holden Dealer immediately so the vehicle
can be reprogrammed to no longer recognise the missing key as valid.
•
A maximum of 4 keys can be programmed to suit one vehicle.
