Service
The Service animation first appears with the spanner flashing
1,000 km before a service is due, giving you time to arrange for the
service to be carried out. The message is shown for 10 seconds or
until the TRIP button is pressed whenever the ignition is switched
on or off. This will happen until the trip computer is reset. When the
service is overdue, the whole icon flashes for 10 seconds when the
ignition is switched on or off. Refer to the Service/warranty booklet
in the glovebox for further information on servicing.
Note This reminder is calculated only by distance. Remember that if
driving infrequently, special servicing may be required. Refer to the
Service/warranty booklet in the glovebox.
The Service message is reset when your Holden Dealer services
the vehicle.
Cruise control
The Cruise On animation illuminates when the cruise control is
activated and ready for use.
Refer to Cruise control further on in this chapter.
Replace battery in remote key
If the Replace Battery in Remote Key animation
illuminates and a chime sounds, it indicates the
battery in the key needs replacing. Contact your
Holden Dealer as soon as possible.
The Replace Battery in Remote Key animation
is displayed until the TRIP button or the ENTER
switch are pressed. The animated symbol then
reverts to the original trip computer display.
Key Batt appears at the bottom of the display
and remains illuminated until the problem has
been rectified.
