1) Remove the bracket [3].
- 2 TP screws [1]
- 1 binding screw [2]

2) Remove the cassette pickup solenoid [1].
- 1 wire saddle [2]
- 1 connector [3]
- 1 screw [4]
3) Detach the sensor mounting plate [5].
- 2 bushings [6]
- 1 screw [7]
- 4 screws [8]
Be careful not to place the cassette pickup unit indicated side down when at-
taching/removing the sensor mount; otherwise, the gears may fall out.

Points to note when attaching
- Make sure that the 6 places [A] in the figure are surely fit into the hole
on the sensor mount [1] and then, attach the sensor mount [1] with 5
screws.

- When attaching the cassette pickup solenoid [1], make sure to engage
the stop plate [2] with the cam gear [3] fully.

- Turn the gears to check that they rotate properly.

1) Remove the cassette.
2) In the case that the clip [1] is equipped, remove the clip [1] in the direction
of the arrow.
