5.3.5. Mounting Space Requirements

Reserve sufficient clearance around the product to ensure sufficient space for

installation, maintenance and heat dissipation.
The side clearance is a recommendation. Keep the clearance as short as you can if

there is no influence to the operation and maintenance.
Recommended clearances
Local Standards may add additional clearance requirements, particularly regarding
clearances between the Battery System and other Electrical Appliances.
Australian Standard AS5139, for example, requires clearances dependant on the
proximity of equipment not associated with the battery system as well as other con-
siderations.
