16.3 Directives and manufacturer's declaration

16.3.1 Electromagnetic environment

This product is designed for operation in the following electromagnetic environments:
Operation in a professional healthcare facility (e.g. hospital, etc.)
Operation in areas of home healthcare (e.g. use at home, use outdoors)
Observe the safety notices in the section "Information on proximity to certain areas" (see
page 63).

Resolution
Use the Cockpit app to check
the next maintenance date for
the prosthesis (see page 82). If
the date is within the next
month, make a maintenance
appointment with the O&P pro­
fessional. For this appointment,
the O&P professional has to be
provided with the battery char­
ger and power supply in addi­
tion to the prosthesis and tube
adapter.
Conduct the self-test again by
connecting/disconnecting
battery charger.
If the beep is emitted again and
the maintenance date has not
been reached or exceeded, you
should visit the O&P profes­
sional soon. If necessary, the
O&P professional will forward
the prosthesis to an authorised
Ottobock Service Center.
The product can be used
without restrictions. However,
vibration signals may not be
generated.
