User PIN (5.2.)

This is a private password to prevent any changes to the parameters via local push buttons,
remote communications, or Windows-based web browser.
Values
• To view or change the User PIN, 5.1. Write Protection must match the current User PIN
value. If the PIN does not match 5.1. Write Protection '*****' will be displayed.
• If '*****' is displayed, the LUT400 parameters cannot be changed and will display the lock
icon, except for 5.1 Write Protection.
• User PIN cannot be changed via communications.
Note
The User PIN value cannot be recovered in the field. Record a new user PIN in a secure
manner.

Default settings in the parameter tables are indicated with an asterisk (*) unless explicitly
stated.
Selects the language to be used on the LCD.
