5. ENGINE REMOVAL
Engine Removal
Before taking the engine out of the frame.
Clean and wash the engine using A steam cleaner.
Engine removal is explained in the following.
Steps.
Reinstall the engine by reversing the removal procedure.
• Before removal the engine. Drain engine oil
• Remove the seat.
• Remove the seat lock plate.
• Remove battery negative post (－).
• Remove battery positive post (＋).
Caution
Before remove battery positive post, Be sure remove
negative post (－) first.
Remove the starter motor wire.
Remove the front fender side cover. (L and R)
Remove the footrest nut guard. (L and R)
Remove the Fuel tank cover
