Each SFP slot has one LED. Refer to Figure 24.

The last two SFP slots on the AT-FS980M/28, AT-FS980M/28PS,
AT-FS980M/28DP, AT-FS980M/52, and AT-FS980M/52PS switches
can be used as stacking ports. When an SFP slot is used as a
stacking port, the LED indicates the status of the link for stacking.
