The AT-GS950/48PS SFP LEDs are located between the upper and lower
SFP slots. See Figure 17.

The port on the SFP transceiver has not
established a link with an end node or the
transceiver slot is empty.
The SFP transceiver is transmitting or
receiving network packets at 1000 Mbps.
The SFP transceiver has established a link
with a network device at 1000 Mbps, but is
not transmitting or receiving network packets.
The SFP transceiver is transmitting or
receiving network packets at 100 Mbps.
The SFP transceiver has established a link
with a network device at 100 Mbps, but is not
transmitting or receiving network packets.
