5) Remove the 4 bearings [1] on the front side. Then remove the horizontal
path rollers 1 [2], 2 [3], 3 [4] and 4 [5], respectively.

CAUTION:
When replacing, be sure to apply grease around the inner diameter of the
bearing.
(Super lube grease)
CAUTION: Point to note when attaching
- For better workability, open the horizontal path lower guide [1].
- Do not touch the 8 rubber rollers [2] with bare hand.
- Attach each roller with the slot [3] facing to the rear side.

Buffer path roller 1
Durability enhancement parts can be re placed without removing the escape
path unit.
1) Remove the deck rear upper cover.
Please refer to "Removing Deck Rear Upper Cover" in "POD Deck A1
Service Manual."
2) Remove the deck lower rear cover.
Please refer to " Removing Deck Rear L ower Cover" in " POD Deck A1
Service Manual."
3) Remove the buffer path rear cover.
Please refer to " Removing Buffer Path Rear Cover" in " POD Deck A1
Service Manual."
4) Remove the motor mount [1] and the timing belt [2].
- 2 wire saddles [3]
- 1 connector [4]
- 2 screws [5]

CAUTION: Point to note when attaching
Attach the timing belt [1] to cover the motor pulley [2], the pulley [3] and
the tensioner roller [4] uniformly.
