Use the following steps to perform network operation settings. You can refer to the detailed procedure on some
steps by clicking the corresponding link.

Configuring the TCP/IP settings on PC

Installing the "H.264 Plug-in" from the supplied CD-ROM onto the PC
Run the "setup.exe" program shown below.

Accessing the camera
Enter your user name and password to access the camera using the Web browser.

Monitoring live video in the main screen
After accessing the camera, the live video will be displayed on the main screen.

Configuring the advanced settings on the configuration screen
Select the configuration screen using the menu button for an administrative user.
When you access the camera for the first time, be sure to perform the settings on the [CLOCK SETTINGS]
screen.
You can change the settings stored on the camera through network operations.
Two types of user name shown below can access the camera and are authenticated by password during the
login process.
The operations that the user can perform for the camera depend on the user name used to access the camera.
User
name
Used for general users.
The guest user operation is limited to monitoring the live video. Any operations on the
guest
configuration screens are not allowed.
Used for an administrative user.
admin
The administrative user can perform all operations through the Web browser.
If a guest user attempts any operation on the configuration screens without permission, the
authentication dialog box appears.
In this case, select "admin" in [User Name] and enter the administrative user password in [Password]
to change the operation privilege.
Change the password periodically to maintain security.
To change the password, use the [NETWORK SETTINGS] screen.
Up to 16 users can access the camera simultaneously.
