PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have a new or rebuilt BGA, and are following the alternative steps for on-site
O-ring exchange, please also exchange the brew shower screens instead of cleaning them.

PERFORMANCE MAINTENANCE ON COFFEE BOILER
Coffee Boiler Valve
11.1 Inspect and clean coffee valve. Recommend decalcifi cation if needed
11.2 Replace coffee valve plunger
--> PN 054055
--> TOOLS: 12, 17, and 22 mm wrenches
11.3 Replace and lubricate O-ring to coffee valve
--> PN: 043366

REPLACE COFFEE BOILER EXPANSION VALVE
12.1 Replace pressure relief valve
--> PN: 055757
--> TOOLS: 14 and 17mm wrenches
13.
INSPECT STEAM BOILER
13.1 Inspect the level sensor for calcium build-up, by removing it from the boiler. To remove it from the boiler loosen the
locking nut and remove the complete level sensor sub-assembly. Decalcify if necessary
--> TOOL: 12mm wrench
CAUTION: Be sure that there isn't any steam pressure in the boiler! See Step 1 for more information
