Product Total
This setting determines the quantity of steamed milk that is delivered to produce
P_Cap Time
cappuccinos and lattes.
Setting for the type of milk to be delivered:
P_Foam
Time delay (in seconds) after the button is pressed, before the milk is delivered.
P_Cap Delay
(Options 0.1s to 99.9s)
Defi nes the control of milk foaming heads:
P_Cap. Product
* Recommended setting for fastest milk delivery
Time delay (in seconds) after button is pressed before coffee is delivered.
P_Cof. Delay
Turn pre-infusion on or off.

P_Pre-Inf
Pre-infusion fi lling time, in seconds. Amount of water that is used. ONLY VALID IF PRE-INFUSION IS

Expansion time for wet coffee. ONLY VALID IF PRE-INF IS TURN ON.
(Options: 0.1s - 9.9s)
P_PI Pause
Recommended setting is 1.0s - 4.0s.
Tamping pressure for coffee grounds.
P_Pressure
(Options: 4 - 16)
Recommended settings: 4 - 7 for single espressos and 8 - 12 for double espressos

Products...
0 = steamed milk only (for lattes)
1 = steamed milk with foam (for cappuccinos)
1 = left frother head only (milk pump 1)
2 = right frother head only (milk pump 2)
3 = both, left and right frother heads (both pumps are working together)*
4 = cold milk only
5 = 30% cold milk 70% steamed and frothed milk
6 = 30% steamed milk 70% steamed and frothed milk
7 = 70% steamed milk 30% steamed and frothed milk
TIP: Use this setting to help create clean looking cappuccinos (i.e. coffee with clean
white milk foam, helps eliminate the mixing of coffee and milk during delivery)
TIP: Pre-infusion is the expansion of coffee grounds by adding a small quantity of water
0 = Pre-infusion is ON
1 = Pre-infusion is OFF
