2.5A CONNECT THE DRAIN LINE TO THE HOUSE DRAIN (MODEL 5511)
STEPS TO CONNECT THE EGRO MODEL 5511
ATTACHING THE SILICON HOSE
1. Remove the right side panel of the machine, by removing the two screws on top of
the machine. Lift the right-side panel straight up to remove it.
2. Locate the brew valve solenoid on the back-right side of the machine, beneath the
hot water boiler (smaller boiler).
3. Attach the provided silicon tubing to the bottom of the brew valve and route it
down through the hole in the bottom of the machine.
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure the silicon tubing is fi rmly attached to the brew valve.
During the cleaning cycle pressure will increase, which may cause the tube to become
disconnected if it not securely attached.
INSTALLING DRIP TRAY DRAIN HOSE
4. Locate the provided drain hose. Using a utility knife, cut a 4" piece from the hose.
5. Attach this 4" piece to the barbed drain tray fi tting, located on underneath the
machine.
INSTALLING THE T-FITTING
6. Locate the plastic T-fi tting provided.
7. Attach the silicone tube to the small connector of the T-fi tting.
8. Attach the other end of the drip tray drain hose (4" piece) to one of the large T-
fi tting connectors.
9. Attach the remaining drain hose to the other large T-fi tting connector.
FINAL INSTALLATION OF DRAIN HOSE ASSEMBLY
10. Route the drain hose down from the machine to the fl oor drain in a continuous
downward slope.
PLEASE NOTE: The fl oor drain must be at least 30mm (1.2") in diameter
11. Replace the right-side panel of the machine
