POWER
This section describes major instrument components.
A circuit breaker, labeled I (on) and O (off), is located on the right side panel
of the Optima XL and controls the electrical power to the instrument. Power
may be left on (see Standby Mode below) except in the case of an emergency
or when maintenance is required.
A red POWER OFF button is located on the neck of the control head for your
convenience (see Figure 1-1). Pressing the POWER OFF button trips the
circuit breaker to the off position. To return power to the instrument, the
circuit breaker must be returned to the up position.
