Replace the PEEK tube.

Remove the male nuts 1 at both ends and remove the PEEK tube 2.

Replace the PEEK tube with a new one.
The standard tube length is 420 mm.

Fit the new tube to the ESI probe section and then tighten the male nuts at both
ends by hand.
In case of liquid leak, turn the high-voltage OFF in the LabSolutions software
before wiping up the liquid.
If you do not turn the high voltage OFF, there will be a danger of electric
shock.

• If you are going to cut the PEEK tube before using it, use a tube
cutter.
• When securing the male nuts, press against the PEEK tube while
tightening them.
• The tube cutter (S228-32930-01) is not provided as an accessory. It is an
option.
• Make sure that the cut face of the PEEK tube is always square. Cutting the
tube on an incline will create dead volume, which will lead to broadening
of peaks.
