Immerse the ground plate, focus electrode 1, and focus electrode 2 in methanol
solution, then subject them to ultrasonic cleaning.
Be sure to remove the focus electrode 1 and focus electrode 2 from the focus
unit ASSY before ultrasonic cleaning.
If the parts are badly soiled, polish them with about 4-micron lapping film.
If ultrasonic cleaning and polishing with the lapping film cannot remove the soiling, it is
recommended to replace the focus electrode 1, focus electrode 2, or focus unit ASSY.
