Be sure to adjust the projection length of the ESI capillary to 0 mm or less.
If the ESI capillary projects at all, the tip of the capillary may stick into your
fingers during the work.
Contact with fingers may also reduce sensitivity.
Take care because the tip of the needle unit is sharp.
The inside of the ionization unit reaches a high temperature. Wait until the
temperature decreases sufficiently before handling or servicing the area.
The inside of the ionization unit and the area around the DL and heat block
reach high temperatures. Do not access the areas before the temperature
decreases sufficiently. Failure to observe this instruction may result in burn
injury.
Before performing maintenance work, turn the high voltage OFF from the
LabSolutions software.
If you do not turn the high voltage OFF, there will be a danger of electric
shock.

Check that the temperature of the DL, heat block, and interface heater has
fallen to 50 °C or lower before proceeding with the work.
The inside of the ionization unit and the area around the DL and heat block
reach high temperatures.
Turn the heater OFF from the LabSolutions before starting this work.
If you proceed with the work while the temperature is still high, you may
sustain burns.
