Attach the focus electrode 1 and focus electrode 2 to the focus unit ASSY.

Align the pin of the focus unit ASSY with the notch and then attach the focus
electrode 2 4.
Fix it with the knurled nut 1 3.
Align the pin of the focus unit ASSY with the notch and then attach the focus
electrode 1 2.
Fix it with the knurled nut 2 1.
