Maxint is defined as 2 147 483 647.
External SIP proxies can generate significant messaging traffic, potentially
exceeding the threshold. To avoid blocking these messages, the
administrator configures a list of trusted nodes. The IP addresses for these
trusted nodes are configured at a system-wide level, using the System
Management Console.

When a lockout condition occurs, a log is generated.
