Password management

Passwords for subscribers (users) and administrators are used for
authentication. Password policy rules provide increased security by
requiring password changes, and enforcing password requirements.
Passwords are required for the System Management Console and for the
MCS Clients (Provisioning Client and Personal Agent).
The rules are configured using the System Management Console. The
