This feature affects the following MCS components:

System Management Console

The System Management Console is used to configure the queue
thresholds. The queue thresholds control the overload limits.
The default CallQueueThresholds field is 70,100. This means that when
the queue is between 70 and 100 calls, a severe alarm is raised. If the
queue is below 70, no alarm is raised. When two numbers are configured,
only one alarm (Severe) is raised.
The CallQueueThresholds field can hold four values, An example of the
field contents is 60,70,85,100. The values are defined according to the
following table.

SesmFailedCalls: The OM counts the number of failed attempts to set
up a call on any available BCP on the Session Manager in the last
collection period.
mediaPortalCount: The OM counts the number of BCPs configured to
support the Session Manager from the System Management Console.
This counter is updated when BCPs are added or removed using the
System Management Console.
