BCP OM enhancements
This feature introduces the new MediaPortalInstance Operational
Measurement (OM) group, the new Ports OM group and new OM registers
in the MediaPortal OM group. Two registers from the MPCP OM group
have been moved to the Ports group.
MediaPortalInstance OM Group
Each Session Manager controls a number of BCPs. When a BCP registers
with the Session Manager, an OM row is added to the MediaPortalInstance
OM group. The row is labelled to identify the row with the BCP. The registers
for the row are:

sesmSuccessStreams: The OM counts the number of successful
streams set up attempts by the media portal.
sesmFailedStreams: The OM counts the number of unsuccessful
stream set up attempts by the media portal.
sampledRtpMpPortUsage: The OM contains the number of in-use ports,
captured every 100 seconds.
portUsageSampleCnt: The OM counts the number of 100-second
samples captured in the collection interval.
connMapEntriesHWM: The OM displays the highest number of in-use
ports in the collection interval.
connMapEntriesLWM: The OM displays the lowest number of in-use
ports in the collection interval.

sesmSuccess Calls: The OM counts the number of calls that were
successfully set up using any available BCP on the Session Manager in
