Client Collaboration

The Client Collaboration service is an umbrella for the File Transfer,
Whiteboard, Transfer Clipboard and Web Push collaboration tools. Users
can be restricted to all, some or none of these tools. When the tool is
disabled, the user does not see the corresponding icon on their Multimedia
PC Client.

PC ClientSet Control

Users can associate IP Phones with their Multimedia PC Client when the
PC ClientSet Control service package is enabled. When the package is
disabled, the 200x tab in the Preferences panel is not displayed.
