Audio recording is a configurable service in the Meet Me Conferencing
service package. Using the Provisioning Client, Audio Recording Enabled
can be enabled or disabled.
The administrator can check for, and stop, silent conferences. These silent
conferences have no participants. Stopping silent conferences ensures that
MAS resources are available for other conferences.
