96 End user software features
A minor alarm is generated to report locked-out endpoints. The alarm will
include a list of up to 20 source IP addresses and ports. The minor alarm is
generated when a threshold of 100 nodes have been blocked. If the number
of blocked nodes reaches 5000, a major alarm is raised. If the number of
blocked nodes reaches (or surpasses) 10 000, a critical alarm is raised.

Subscriber OPI productization

The Subscriber Open Provisioning Interface (SOPI) provides the ability
to build clients and custom Web portals for the Personal Agent (PA) and
Multimedia PC Client. Access to SOPI functionality is controlled with service
packages. The Client Open Provisioning Interface is a limited version of
SOPI, but packaged into Web Services Description Language (WSDL) files.
