FUEL SYSTEM (Proarammed Fuel Iniection)
Loosen the band screw and remove the connecting
tube.

Remove the throttle body insulator.
Remove the mounting bolt.
Loosen the connecting tube band screw (chamber
side) and remove the air chamber.

Loosen the throttle cable lock nut fully.

Remove the throttle cable from the cable holder by
damage the cable

Do not snap the throttle drum from full open to
full close after the throttle cable has been
removed. It may damage the throttle bore and
cause incorrect idle operation.
Disconnect the engine control module (ECM) 32P
connector by releasing the lock lever.
Loosen the insulator band bolts.
Sea/ the intake
Remove the throttle body/ECM assembly from the
manifold with a
intake manifold.
NOTE:
tape or a clean cloth

Handle the throttle body/ECM assembly with
care. The assembly may be damaged if dropped.
