LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Measure the side clearance using a straight edge
and feeler gauge.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.12 mm (0.005 in)
ASSEMBLY
Apply engine oil to the inner and outer rotors and
install them into the oil pump body.
Install the dowel pin into the oil pump body.

Apply engine oil to the pump shaft and insert

Install the cover screw and tighten it.
TORQUE: 2 N-m (0.2 kgf,m, 1.5 Ibf-ft)
Check that the oil pump shaft turns smoothly.
IN STALLATION
Position the oil
Install the oil pump onto the crankcase by aligning

Install the sprocket housing with the two mounting
