6.2.4 System Failure 3
System failure 3 indicates: During ADC calibration, the software detected a channel out of range.

During system calibration,
J1, J2, and J4 were not
unplugged, or calibration
jumper JP1 is not installed
properly.

System failure 5 indicates: The volt reference is out of the 1.171V - 1.259V range.

disconnected. Verify JP1 is correctly positioned. (Refer to system
calibration instructions.)
