7.8.6 Setting Management System Parameters

7.8.6.1 Setting NetEco Parameters

Procedure
Step 1 Apply for a fixed IP address or management system domain name/DNS server
address from the network administrator of the equipment room.
Step 2 Set ECC800-Pro communications parameters.

– After the first login, change the preset password in time to ensure system access
security.
– A password that has been used for a long time is more likely to be stolen or cracked.
The risk increases over time. Change the password once every three months.
– It is recommended that you use different user accounts to log in to the ECC800-Pro
WebUI and app concurrently. Otherwise, either of them will be logged out.
(WAN port networking) On the ECC800-Pro WebUI, set the IP address, subnet
mask, and default gateway, and click Submit.
