5.2 ECC800-Pro Troubleshooting

Table 5-1 Troubleshooting for the PSU
Symptom
The power
indicator (green)
is off.
The alarm
indicator (yellow)
is steady on.
The alarm
indicator (yellow)
is blinking.
The alarm
indicator (red) is
steady on.

Symptom
The running
indicator (green)
is off.
Issue 02 (2022-07-18)
Possible Cause
There is no AC input.
The PSU is faulty.
Overtemperature
protection is triggered.
AC input overvoltage or
undervoltage protection is
triggered.
Communication with the
PSU is interrupted.
Communication with the
monitoring module is
interrupted.
Output overvoltage
protection is triggered.
There is no output due to a
PSU fault.
Possible Cause
There is no AC input.
The monitoring module is
faulty or not securely
installed.

Suggestion
Check whether the AC input is abnormal.
Replace the PSU.
● If the ambient temperature exceeds the
upper threshold, increase the cooling
performance of the equipment room.
● Clear the air duct.
Check whether the AC input is abnormal.
1. Clean the connector of the faulty PSU.
2. If the fault persists, contact technical
support personnel.
● If one PSU is locked out, disconnect the AC
input from the PSU, and then power on the
PSU again after the indicator turns off. If an
exception occurs, replace the PSU.
● If multiple PSUs are locked out, remove all
PSUs and reinstall them one by one to
locate the faulty ones. Then replace faulty
PSUs.
Replace the PSU.
Suggestion
Check the indicator on the PSU. If the indicator
is steady green, the power input is normal.
Otherwise, rectify the power input fault.
Reinstall the main control module. If the fault
persists, replace the main control module.
