1.2 Equipment Safety

Strictly follow the requirements in this document to avoid risks caused by system
exceptions.
Do not route, prepare, or install signal cables at the rear or sides of a cabinet with
power on.
Prevent foreign matter from entering the equipment. Otherwise, equipment
damage, derating, power failure, or personal injury may occur.
Do not directly connect a genset to the electrical system of the building.
Otherwise, a dangerous medium voltage may flow into the power grid from the
genset, which may cause electric shocks or property damage. They can be
connected only using an approved disconnector or similar equipment.
Do not enter the enclosed electrical operation area without authorization.
Touching live components may cause electric shocks, which can result in serious
injury or death.

Observe the medium-voltage safety regulations, such as the operation and
work ticket mechanisms.
Ensure that instruments are connected and used correctly to avoid electric
arcs and other dangerous situations.
Before opening the transformer cabinet door, ensure that the low-voltage
circuit breaker on the transformer output side is turned off, the upstream
medium-voltage switch for the transformer is also turned off, and the
