Expected Result
● The coil surface is clean.
● There is no discharge
between the coil surface and
the pad surface.
● The power-on indication is
displayed normally.
● Automatic power-off upon
transformer door opening
There is no obvious crack,
bulge, or large-area wrinkle on
the heat shrink tubing.
There is no rust or green sign
on the copper bars.
Copper bar joints are not loose.
The secondary circuit terminal
is not loose.
● Cables are intact.
● Wiring terminals are securely
connected.
The fan works properly for heat
dissipation.

4 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
● Clean up the dust on the
coil (system power-off
required).
● If the position of the
transformer coil and pad
is continuously
discharged, stop the
operation and clean up
the dust immediately
(system power-off
required).
If the power-on indication
and the safety locking
system are abnormal, power
off and repair them in a
timely manner (system
power-off required).
Contact technical support.
Gently polish with
sandpaper until the copper
bar surface is smooth
(system power-off required).
Tighten loose bolts
according to the torque
requirements (system
power-off required)
Crimp the secondary circuit
terminals again (power-off
required).
● Replace the cables
(system power-off
required).
● Tighten the wiring
terminals (system power-
off required).
Clean up dust from the heat
dissipation channel.
