6. Desconectar o cabo auxiliar do ter-
minal negativo e estrutura do chassi.
7. Desconectar o cabo auxiliar dos
terminais positivos das baterias ou
do terminal e pólo de partida auxiliar.

do cable auxiliar al terminal negativo

terminal negativo y estructura del

7. Desenchufar el cable auxiliar de los
terminales positivos de las baterías
o del terminal y polo de arranque
auxiliar.

to the negative (–) dead battery
terminal. This can cause sparks

3. Connect one end of the second jum-
per cable to the negative (–) terminal
of the booster battery and the other
end to chassis frame of the vehicle
with the dead battery.

Start the engine with the charged
battery.
5. Start the engine with the dead bat-
tery.
Warning
To prevent personal injury or
death, always disconnect jumper
cable from negative contacts first.
6. Disconnect jumper cable from nega-
tive terminal and chassis frame.
7. Disconnect jumper cable from positi-
ve battery terminals or one terminal
and jump start stud.
