Fine alignment of the pentaprism to the M unit
41. Select the show target function. Translate the M unit
within ±1 mm of the centre.
42. Select 0 on the display unit to zero the laser reading.
43. Move the M unit to the furthest position on the structure.
44. Adjust the pitch of the pentaprism (relative to the M unit)
so that the V value of the PSD is < 100 µm.
Move the M unit back to the first measurement position and
repeat steps 43 to 45 until the beam deviates < 100 µm.
