Align the pentaprism to the launch unit
12. Insert the beam reducer/target into the
output aperture of the launch unit.

13. Check the back-reflection from the
pentaprism mirror to the launch unit output
aperture target. The back-reflection should
hit the centre of the 2 mm hole. If it does
not, adjust the pitch/yaw of the pentaprism
using the thumbscrew adjuster.

14. Slide the mirror/target back over the
input aperture of the pentaprism and
check whether the beam still hits the
centre of the target. If it does not,
translate the pentaprism until the
beam is back on centre.
