Do not install the switch with the front panel facing down.
Leave sufficient space from other devices or walls so that you can
access the front and back panels, and for adequate air ventilation.

5. Place the switch on a table or desk.
6. Use a drill and 1/4" carbide drill bit to pre-drill the holes you marked in
step 3. Review the following guidelines:
Prior to drilling, set the drill to hammer and rotation mode. The
modes break up the concrete and clean out the hole.
Allied Telesis recommends cleaning out the holes with a brush or
compressed air.
7. Insert appropriate anchors in the holes.
8. Have another person hold the switch at the selected location while you
secure it to the wall with appropriate screws. Refer to Figure 56 on
page 94.
9. Go to Chapter 8, "Verifying the Switch" on page 95.
