7.2.2. Gateway Settings
Set parameters for the netTAP (gateway configuration).
The parameters are set using SYCON.net.
Install SYCON.net and the USB driver on your personal computer beforehand.

Connect Personal computer and
netTAP with a USB cable (2).
*Refer to step 2 of 7.2.1.
Hardware Settings for the
position of the USB connector
(Mini-USB) on netTAP.

Turn ON netTAP.

SYCON.net starts.

The SYCON.net User Login
Dialog Box is displayed
requesting you to set a
password.
Set a password and click OK.
*In this guide, "Administrator"
(default) is used for the user
name.

From the next time you login, a
password entry dialog box is
displayed.
