27. Power & Battery Specifications
Both AC and DC power is used for The V1410 / V1412. AC power normally used, but a rechargeable
battery providing DC power is available for portable use.
 AC Power (100–240 VAC)
If the AC power is connected to the main body of the product, a light-green color lights up on the AC
LED on the front. When the unit is powered off, the charging mode is still active.
 Battery Specifications
When the AC power is disconnected and the switch is turned on, the power is supplied using the
battery, signaled by the orange light on the battery LED.

During operation using AC power, noise may occur in the waveform. If this occurs, verify that
the unit is properly grounded electrically.
An AC power connection in a wet or damp area may cause electric shock and could seriously
damage the unit.
CAUTION
When the battery is disconnected, all data (trend, setup values, and time etc.) are saved in
the memory for about 3 days. If the product is kept off of the battery for more than 3 days, all
data will be lost. You may utilize the SD card to save data permanently.
The product is shipped with one battery. Additional batteries are available from the supplier.
