Cause/Condition
User has attempted to perform a
function that has been locked out.
User has attempted to perform a
function that is not available in
RUN mode.
The pump has rounded a number
that was entered during
programming.
User has attempted to access NEW
CONTAINER function when it is
not allowed.
User has attempted to change the
clock during a time-based delivery.
The VTBI + KVO volume resulted in
a container size greater than the
allowed value.
User has attempted to access a
function that is not available from
the first programming display.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Unlock the keypad to
access the desired
function.
• Press [STOP] to
access the desired
function.
• Press [YES/ENTER]
to return to the RUN
mode display.
Press [YES/ENTER] to
accept the rounded
value and continue to
the next step.
Press [STOP] to stop
delivery, then access
NEW CONTAINER
through the Change
Menu.
1. Press [STOP].
2. Clear the program
through the Change
Menu.
3. Change the clock
through the Options
Menu.
4. Reprogram the
pump.
1. Press [HELP] to
display the allowed
values.
2. Change the program
values.
1. Press [YES/ENTER]
to return to the first
