Operation Test
Volume Accuracy Test
The pump should deliver between 19.0 to 21.0 mL within approximately 3 minutes to
pass this test.

Load a primed pump set into the pump. Press [

Place the proximal end in the reservoir of water. Press [

Place the distal end in a 20+ mL graduated cylinder. Press [

Press [
START

Enter the results:
If the pump delivers between 19.0 to 21.0 mL, press [
If the pump does not deliver between 19.0 to 21.0 mL, press [
Distal Occlusion Test
The occlusion should occur within approximately 30 seconds to pass this test.

Clamp the pump set 10 to 12 inches (25.4 to 30.5 cm) below the cassette.

START

The test result displays. Release the clamp and press [
If the test is passed, the pump advances to the next test.
If the test is failed, clean the sensors and press [

Note: Clean the sensor pins before repeating the distal occlusion test. Refer to the
"Maintenance" section for instructions.
Proximal Occlusion Test
The occlusion should occur within approximately 30 seconds to pass this test.

Clamp the pump set above the cassette.

If the test is passed, the pump advances to the next test.
