CAUTION! When controller had been installed in control panel, if need the high voltage test, please
disconnect controller's all terminal connections, in order to prevent high voltage into controller and damage
it.

14 FAULT FINDING

Symptoms
Controller no response with
power.
Controller adjust speed/voltage
relay no response
Controller GOV, AVR output
error
Impact current is too large
while synch closing
Single unit breaker switch back
and forth
Paralleling units cannot raise
power or drop power, or just
can little raise/drop power
Shutdown alarm in running
Genset is running while switch

Check starting batteries;
Check controller connection wirings;
Check DC fuse.
Check whether or not GOV, AVR output select as internal relay output.
Check setting of Central point SW1 and range SW2;
Check whether or not GOV, AVR output select as internal analog output.
Adjust load controlling parameters;
Debug every single unit based on the commissioning process.
When the internal analog speed control, set SW1 wrong, or adjust the speed
control board;
When the internal relay speed control, check whether the potentiometer is in
the middle position.
Check related switch and its connections according to the information on
LCD;
Check if the output signal of the controller is matched with switch signal;
Check the connections between switch and controllers.
Check MSC LINK communications.
Detect if the MSC LINK communication is normal.
Check connections;
Check setting of COM port is correct or not;

Check RS485's connections of A and B is reverse connect or not;
Check RS485 transfer model whether damage or not;
Check communication port of PC whether damage.
