4.3 Connection of Power Supply

4.3.1 Connection for Using PD25A Unit

The PD25A power supply is used to protect the hard disk in the M6 Series.
After the power is turned OFF, 24VDC is output for 300mSec to prevent the power from being cut off
while writing to the hard disk.

(Caution) The power cannot be turned ON immediately after the PD25A power has been turned
OFF. Wait approx. two seconds before turning the power ON.
WARNING
Do not damage, apply excessive stress, place heavy things on or sandwich the cables, as
this may lead to electric shocks.
CAUTION
Separate the signal wire from the drive line/power line when wiring.
Do not connect or disconnect the connection cables between each unit while the power
is ON.
