15.3 Protection
15.3.1 Stroke End (Over Travel)

When limit switches and dogs have been attached to the machine and a limit switch has kicked a dog, the
movement of the machine is stopped by the signal input from the limit switch.
At the same time, the alarm output is sent to the machine.
The stroke end state is maintained and the alarm state is released by feeding the machine in the reverse
direction in the manual mode to disengage the dog.
15.3.2 Stored Stroke Limit
The areas where tool entry is prohibited can be set.
The stored stroke limits I, II, IIB, IB and IC are handled as follows.

- When used with II, the narrow range designated by the two types becomes the movement valid range.

- By using the program command, the parameter can be changed and the function can be switched to ON/
