off after Combine. When switching back to single, the settings of the two
channels are the same as those of Combine.
Save/Recall: When it is Single, after the two channels execute save and
combine respectively, the recall voltage value is the CH1 voltage value, and
the current is the sum of the current values of the two channels. When it is
Combine, execute save and restore Single, the Recall voltage value of the
two channels is the Combine voltage value, and the current is half of the
Combine mode.
The detailed connection method and operation steps are as follows.
1. Set the two channels of the power supply to combine mode.
a. Press the [Shift]+[Display] (System) key to enter the system menu.
b. Press the left and right direction keys or rotate the knob, select "Parallel",
and press [Enter] to enter the edit mode.
c. Rotate the knob to select "Combine" and press [Enter] to confirm.
2. After the parameter setting is completed, the instrument will restart automati-
cally. After restarting, the device will enter the 2-channel parallel combination
mode.
3. Refer to the figure below to connect the DUT, and live wiring is prohibited.
The connection method shown in the figure above is the wiring method
when the Sense is turned on, that is, the Sense terminals of the two chan-
nels are respectively connected to the DUT.
If you want to change the parallel combination mode to the single mode,
perform the following steps:
1. Switch the instrument to Single mode.
a. Press the [Shift]+[Display] (System) key to enter the system menu.
b. Press the left and right direction keys or rotate the knob, select "Parallel",
and press [Enter] to enter the edit mode.
c. Rotate the knob, select Single, and press [Enter] to confirm.
2. After the parameter setting is completed, the instrument will restart automati-
cally. After restarting, the device will enter the 2-channel independent mode.
